once they're on the pitch it's almost all down to them. But there's a reason why we did better away under Lambert, and that's because the players had belief, they'd run through brick walls for him, and they always thought they could score.
I know it shouldn't, but motivation does have to come from the manager - otherwise, why bother having a manager? Why was Ferguson such a great manager? Because he made his players believe, and also they were s**t scared of him if they didn't perform.
