I don't think it's unfair to say that Hughton is failing to get the best out of our team.

The team, in terms of personnel, has improved but performances have regressed, massively. First season we looked far, far better. That was a team that included world beaters like Adam Drury, Zak Whitbread, Crofts, Martin, Surman, Morrison, Jackson and Wilbrahimovic.

I'm not arguing that we should have held on to any of those players, but we made excellent use of most players in the squad. Every player could be depended upon to come in to the team and seemed to know what they were doing. Certainly our movement and goal scoring record was a lot better.

I do not feel that any point Hughton has found the best way to utilise our players. Be that a style of play, or individual positions for players. We could change the players but nothing will change while Hughton is in charge.
