I really do think they underestimate the strange mixture of apathy

and anger pervading the fans' thinking at the moment.

If I was a floating ST holder (ie. a glory hunter) i wouldn't renew my ticket. and a few thousand probably won't.

to think that people will keep coming back year after year whatever the quality of the product is naive in the extreme.
