With the right number of sylables for a "[manager's name] give us a wave, [manager's name], [manager's name], give us a wave" chant.

That's why im opposed to Newell. It'd have to be "Newelly, give us a wave, Newelly, Newelly give us a wave." And I think "Newelly" sounds a bit pants. Would he answer to Michael? We don't know - these are the sort of things we need to find out.
