Replacing managers and going up

Long time no post but....

when Palace went up they were in the bottom three when Dowie took over, somewhere around Xmas.

IMO, the board need to act now, if we get everyone fit we'd still have a chance of the play offs, but only with a new manager.

The question is...who? Burley? O'Neill? who is out there?!
