This is going to be his greatest challenge

We all know that he is a capable manager but he was spoilt at Norwich. He came in at the lowest point in our history and rescued us from the abyss which provided him with a bullet proof halo. Whenever we had a disappointing result last season any criticism was tempered by this fact.

Remember Sunderland away, Blackburn away, MK Dons, Leicester etc, sure there was criticism but it was pretty tame, especially in the press. He won't get that at Villa, the fans and press will expect instant results and he has no history to fall back on, worse than that - they expect him to be another MON.
