I agree with that completely, especially the Holt bit...

I've said many times recently that if Welbeck or Sturridge had been our players and returned that few goals, while Holt was at a top 6 club them he'd have been taken every time. Same applies to Carroll. 4 goals from 20 odd starts and 15 sub appearances is a bit of a joke.

If done on form i'd have taken Rooney, Defoe, Crouch and Holt as a 4. 2 bigger, 2 smaller/quicker and probably a 5th in Welbeck as he could do a bit of both.
