That last Stoke game, in the year they went up was so depressing. We lost 0-1 to a long throw which got caught in the wind, Marshall misjudged it and Sidibi flicked it home. They were huge and we just didn?t cope with them physically. From memory we didn?t have Doc or Russell that evening as they were suspended due to the right back fiasco at the Ricoh when Juan Velasco got hauled off after 20 minutes and both Doc and Russell played there and got sent off. They might have both made a difference that evening.

We were on a downward spiral from the high of three wins in a row (Preston, Cardiff, Saints) when Roeder started messing around with all the extra loans in the team.

I think Sunday will be tough frustrating game. More so if they score first and City have to break them down.
