I must say I'm a bit nervous about playing Stoke.

I remember the last time they came to Carrow Rd, the season they got promoted. They were so direct and strong and we just couldn't handle them at all. I hated the way they played. I remember feeling really sorry for their fans having to watch that rubbish each week and I'd much rather watch Norwich play their style of footy in the championship than have to suffer like the Stoke fans must be. (I don't know what I was thinking. We were awful then) I also said confidently that they wouldn't last 2 minutes in the prem. They were a one trick pony and the prem defenders would soon sus out their stupid long throws.

I was so wrong so ever since then I've been a bit wary of them. I get the point that if we have to play them then this could be the time. Also we now have ILWT but I've seen us flap at free kicks and corners a lot. I'm also worried that some people have seen this as a home win banker and are practically writing off the season if we don't get anything.

I'm feeling a bit Selwyn about it (in a non ironic non post modern way). I will be SO happy if I'm wrong and will really believe we have a chance of staying up this season.
