some excellent points there....

however on the question of the parents and your mate, even tho 3 of his kids are good kids and the 4th sounds like he's gone off the rails which isnt your mates fault. If that kid was/is 12 to 14 (which was the age range wrathers were refering to) you'd still expect the parent to keep him in and away from any riots surely? Good kid/bad kid, its up to parents to control what they get upto at early teen years surely?!
