I am guessing you sat still while Chase was screwing our club and didn't have the nouse to look behind the spin.

The club promised improved consultation and have not delivered.
You are right, it probably doesn't matter, but should they make up s**t just to keep fans happy?

It is long-term; fans who feel they have been taken for a ride will desert as soon as they can.
Fans who feel well-treated will stick by the club (c.f 24,000 gates in the third tier)
