he doesnt seem to get my point that we DO need people to complain about the club......but you have to use it when its needed.

Fight the big fights.

You have to do it in a reasonable and balanced manner.

The fact he never remotely mentions anything good the club has done is absurd.

Even during our worst times the club has done some good things.
