If i was in his team, next time he tried to bollock me i'd just say
"well at least i don't let people bring drugs into the office" and walk off.

How can he respond to that?
Put himself in a very tough position.

I'm probably being a touch old fashioned, but for me there are certain ways to behave at mangement level, and this isn't it!
