Hmmm. Depends what you mean. I added two former colleagues to Facebook, but their

constant propaganda Twittering cluttered up my Facebook update thingy so much I had to remove them.

They are posting something advertising their company (the one I used to work for) about once an hour. If it were opt-in (as in if I were to sign up to their Twitter feed) then fair enough, but to have it rammed down your throat via Facebook is, in my opinion, Spamming.
