It wasn't the results that did for Roeder...

given where we were when he arrived I'd say he's still in credit. But the way he behaved with supporters, some players and the media was plain bizarre. He really does have a social chip missing.

I always hoped that he would get it right because I felt he had a good understanding of the game and had brought in some decent players. But he clearly can't 'manage' and that's why he had to go. I'm just amazed that the Board did too.
