by personalities I mean c*n*t*. This is the problem, I also think previously in England it has been set up without the board thinking aout it too seriously...its what they do in Europe lets try it...it needs to be planned really well.

Afterall Grant was a great Coach of players lets get him back and add that to Roeder's eye for talent perfect partners surely ;O)
