I think Roeder has made some good signings but they need motivating. I feel his current coaching staff are all yes men who are grateful to Roeder for giving them a chance. We need someone like Malky to come in as an assistant.

I think Saturday will be vital.....think the crowd will be crucial and a draw will be no good to anybody!
