Roeder for me...problem with Grant he appeared to want

to do everything...manage/coach/probably make the tea at half time and please too many people. Plus he appeared to have very few contacts in the game in comparison to Roeder.
He needed a well respected 'old head' beside him and he got Gunn & Duffy - enough said.
