Not signed players I'd never seen play footbal

Not signed deadwood loanees

Not signed injury prone wasters

Played more attacking at home (i.e. not 1 up front in countless games now)

Played Lupoli more - he isn't as bad as Roeder and some make out. Better than Sib and Russell that's for sure

Made some subs when losing games

Treated the fans with more respect
