I dont think he should be sacked

(but then, looking at my history of posts, I was probably the last to accept a change was needed during the last to reigns as well...)

It was a funny game. We dominate possession. We pass. We even try some movement as well.

All things Roeder has made us do well.

We have some decent permanent signings.

Which Roeder has brought in.

However... we are still sliding, we cant defend, we have a teram made up of loans with no obvious replacements when they leave.

Something HAS to change - i'm just not sure what. The easy option is to sack Roeder (fan pressure will always force that one). I'm just not convinced it is the solution.
