My wife is a doctor and at the moment is finishing her specialisation in Antwerp. It's a right pain in the arse, but I accept that she's gone 3 nights a week. However, she also chose that hospital above what were, to be honest, better offers in Enschede and Warwick because those would have meant moving and I didn't want to leave my job.
