I would probably say

That he was never able to put out his first-choice side in any of his tenure. The luck we have had with injuries is ridiculous.

For example, people moan about the lack of creativity in the middle this season, I would say that is probably down to both our creative midfielders being injured in preseason! Brellier and Russell (Who I am convinced was never Grant's first choice for signing anyway) are there as the water-carriers, not the playmakers.

The guy certainly made a few cockups, there's no denying that, but how many times at the end of last season were we on the bones of our arse player-wise?

When it comes to signings, I think there were 2 mistakes and maybe one he was forced into - the first two being Brown and Chadwick (Again, you could rpobably argue that Chadders has been unlucky), the latter being Rusty.
