We need a new coach. I'm sure the special one wouldn't mind a step down in wages (as if he needs the money anyway) and status in favour of the challenge of taking a mediocre championship side to European glory. He just needs to think of it like FM (and the Doh! is quite good on that, so ought to fetch a couple of million)
