So much football is athlete first, footballer second, now.

“Well coached” teams playing repeatable patterns over and over again.

It’s dull.

A bit like the death of snooker - the personalities have gone and it kills the sport. No more Robert Flecks or Dale Gordons it seems.

I hope I’m wrong.
