All true, but is it too much to hope for another 'Lambert'

He took a massively underperforming squad and turned them around in the space of a few weeks, securing back-to-back promotions.

No 'project,' no multiple windows to shape the squad in their image. Just good old-fashioned management and instilling heart and character in the existing team.

Maybe I'm completely delusional, but that is what I am hoping the club can achieve again.
