How will we recruit better than Nunez or Sargent?

We are in a much weaker position as a club now than 3 years ago so the quality we can recruit is much less. We need to keep the talent we have and add to it.

Will the new owners commit to that and offer lucrative contract extensions to our best players or will they continue the policy of letting players go when they have a year left to run in order to cash in on them.
