By type, i mean budget based on fundamentals, e.g. attendance, fan base, ground size, but it’s clearly not true now.

These days, you need to get lucky, then have the financial backing to capitalise. We got lucky under lambert and under Farke, but we didn’t have the financial backing to jump on that chance. Who knows how long we have to wait for it to come round again?
