That attitude was entirely down to Webber
To be fair you make reference to it - but it is clear that Delia and Michael were utterly in thrall to him and he exploited that.
Their admitted lack of knowledge about football allowed him to entirely set the agenda, but far beyond just football matters and into supporter and media engagement.
