If it was one night you can make allowances, but nowadays it's just random nights and times with no warning.
Last night was constant until about 11pm. Then someone started up again at midnight. Then another lot at 1am.
It's not like it's sparklers or Catherine Wheels. These bloody things sound like bombs outside your house.
