Good on you man

The sure fire way to improve running is to do more. Don't go crazy going from 20 to 50km a week and chucking in intervals. Aim for consistency in your number of days running and time, then add on a bit of speed and a long run and you'll do great. Kenton and KDDD can probably help with structured training advice
