I’m quite sure it will be Harris now

The polling has swung very fast back to the Democrats, suggesting there is a lot of disquiet on the floating or unmotivated voter who didn’t want either Trump or Biden due to their age and perceived competence.
Key states (such as Michigan and Pennsylvania) have polling that has changed much more in the Democrats favour. It will be fairly close, but I think Harris will win fairly comfortably in states where Biden may have struggled (Winconsin, Arizona being examples)
