A trend I've seen in the last 5 years is the 30 hour contract has encouraged

People to work less.

I notice many young people still live at home now but request or work 25 hours a week .

I assume they live at home, they have worked out a way of claiming something whilst working technically part time.

I'm seeing this more consistently
