Your argument here was that the quote backed your views. I'm pointing out that it does the opposite.

However it now seems that you are reducing your argument still further to "managers make absolutely no difference", which is obviously nonsense.

No idea why this bothers you so much, and you have now said it dozens of times, which seems unnecessary really.
