There is zero evidence that a manager can make good players out of bad players.
Even when people quote outlier managers such as a Wilder, Ranieri or even Lambert with us ...
They all failed elsewhere.
Maybe the trick only works when they have the players...
People forget under Lambert's two back to back promotion seasons, we had one of the bigger net spends in both LG1 and the champs ...
