Going for the right type of players in my opinion

Young talented players who will want to prove they are Prem quality and are use to English football.
We had success with Bennett, Snodgrass, Johnson and Pilkington. Was a few others but I wouldn’t want to many players looking for a final payday or to many foreigners who can take more time to adjust.
