the house is set in 3 acres of land and he had loads and loads of stuff all over it in sheds, workshops, greenhouses, a massive polytunnel, two garages one of them is bigly huge, bigly huge enough to accommodate a big caravan, a boat and a tractor and still have room to wander about in and one wall of it is all racked out floor to ceiling full of kit, chainsaws, an engine hoist, generator set, welding kit, all sorts. i've been at this for weeks and weeks now and yet the house clearance lads need a full week to remove all that i haven't already taken to the tip or charity shops and they want just shy of 2k for it. it goes on the market end of the month tfft.
