You have cherry picked our most successful season.

That's not how you analyze anything objectively.

But I'm sure you already know that deep down.

You clearly have an axe to grind and looking at the successes and failures with an open mind is not in your interest.
You have an opinion and you want to use some facts to back it up instead of using all facts to give an objective analysis.

If you want more respect for your analysis look at the costs associated with running the program vs the returns.
You dismiss the development of any player just because they were signed shortly before Weaver and Co arrived.

If your point is hardly any players make it from the youth ranks then we agree.
That would be the same at clubs with far more resources than ours.
