When his stock was so high here, he shouldn't have jumped for the Villa job. Villa were a basket case at the time.

I agree with you, it's a combo of the right manager, at the right time, with the right players.

McKenna looks like an absolute genius right now, but is he? He'll inevitable leave Ipswich in the next 12 months, but will he be able to recreate that success?
