I keep saying that managers are over rated, the dumbos don't understand the subtle nature of my statement (because they are dumb)
It doesn't mean they arn't important, it just means they are overvalued over things like squad quality and club structure.
We sack managers in professional sports because you cant sack the team.
In most cases sacking managers papers over the cracks of the real issues at any club or organization.

Some think that once a manager is sacked everything will be rainbows, waterfalls and unicorns..... very rarely is that the case.
