3:13 is hugely impressive off an injury and for a first marathon

Think it's best to stick to your planned pace at least until about 18 miles even though it will probably feel really easy after a taper and with the atmosphere of the occasion and then try to hold or push at the back end. It's hard to hold back during the first half but for any 'time in the bank' you always end up paying huge interest on at the end of the race. It's also a big confidence boost when you start to pass more and more people towards the back end when people who've gone off too hard start to fall back. Also getting some mantras to repeat was a big help I found, even if they're a bit daft.

I'm sure it will all go well for you and enjoy every minute of being the other side of the barriers.
