Thanks, I am really pleased with how it went overall

Especially as I had a subarachnoid hemorrhage in September and it took me 6 weeks before I could even do an easy 5k 10 min/mile pace.

The plan was to try and qualify GFA for London and then try a sub 3 at London next year, but I'll just pick a different marathon instead.

Took a Precision Hydration Caffeine gel before the start. And then a gel every 5ish miles. (3 Torq Rubarb & Custard and another PH Caffeine gel at 15.5 miles). Seemed to give me enough carbs to not bonk. Just my quads that felt like lead at the end so need incorporate some more S&C.

Are you doing London next week?
