Biggest plus for me

Has been the number of players who have improved substantially under him.

That the worst that can be laid at his door on that front is that a few fringe players have flatlined and a new signing didn't settle, would also read as a plus, to me.

The Adam idah conundrum is probably the fiddliest one, tho the line that he'd be better getting loaned out and getting games is seeming to be being shown to be right.
