I think he's a better manager than Smith

I don't think he's the best we could get, I think there's an excellent chance we could end up with worse. (or at least a worse fit).

I find "Wagner out!" a bit mind numbing and counterproductive.

If you've got some ideas of what better might look like - (suggested names? I personally think that Knutsen looks interesting) then nifty.
