He's shrewd and won't be throwing money at us, in one sense

He's much more about strategic, long term decisions which make financial sense and he's very focused on community aspects as well (which I personally think a Very Good Thing).

He's got a good sports-finance brain and will be a major asset. I don't expect him to bung wodges of cash at us, but he's already, for example, allowed us to restructure our debt in a more sustainable way.

Wodges? Wadges? How is that spelt?
