Last time i flew into LHR

I went to pick up a rental car while my family waited for the luggage. Picked them up at the terminal without seeing the signs about the pick-up fee.

Finished up with a 60 quid fine from Avis two month later after two emails had gone into spam so I didn't even have a chance to pay the original fee.

Fuckers.
