ta dah, here is is, no rigorous selection process, no shortlist of candidates, no track record in the role, i'm assuming his role as loans manager was just looking after players loaned out to lesser clubs. sort of a jumped up scout. seems like we just found him under a rock at arsenal and he said the right s**t at the interview. poor appointment imo. stop worrying though he'll be right, it's arsenal stock. zoe will keep him right.
