There are plenty of examples

Where a new manager has come in Oct or Nov and taken the squad by the scruff of the neck and implemented positive changes. Steve Cooper at Forest is a recent example. What if Wagner fails in your demand to reach the playoffs ? we will have just wasted 6 months.
