I'm saying that to expect to win the division every season is delusional.

There are lots of clubs in this division who would consider themselves to be bigger than Norwich, and who have richer owners.

If we were spunking cash all over the place, then yes, we should be up the top, but we aren't and therefore it isn't suprising that sometimes it's doesn't go that well.
