membership renewal blurb has...

"This deadline also applies to the match pick window for the 2023/24 season. Successfully selecting your match pick will guarantee* you a ticket to the away game of your choice for the 2023/24 season"

I guess it is moot whether the use of the word "successfully" can be used to defend the availability of your choice of match pick but - as I think the law still requires something to be understood by the man on the top of the clapham omnibus it may be stretching it a bit that to be successful you had to be first in a random electronic queue.

I renewed my membership but immediately complained over the web and postage fees. - Unusually I received a response from the club within 24 hours which I replied to straight away and in that I commented that I had only renewed only in order to get an Ipswich match pick.

This is the third year that I have had issues with the membership scheme!
