You are comparing somebody who is actually rich in Mike Ashley with Delia who isn't rich.

Mike Ashley could have spent if he wanted to but Delia can't.
She has to run Norwich like a business that earns enough money to pay its way or we go under.

Delia is a fan...... Ashley just buys clubs.
